Create React App 4.0 Released — It has been well over a year since the last major release of create-react-app, a popular way to quickly spin up a new React app, and it seems like it was worth the wait!

We get support for Fast Refresh (the modern alternative to hot reloading) along with React 17 and TypeScript 4 support. There's also support for ESLint 7, Jest 26 and Web Vitals as well as improvements to PWA/Workbox.
