Feather was recommended by a friend, and I couldn't be happier so far. The sign up process was so easy, and the cost is the cheapest with best health insurance coverage I've seen for expats in Germany! Very responsive and nice customer service too. They even honored a retro-active referral code (from my friend).

The agent who attended my request was very quick to reply to my inquiries. He offered advice and provided all the required information for my policy. In addition, the cancellation process was quite straightforward. The price was affordable and I received a reimbursement for the time of overlap between this insurance policy and the new one. Very satisfied with the service.

The customer support here is so good. They really know their stuff, and helped me out to avoid double coverage when I got a new job and had to backdate my public health insurance. Genuinely so pleased I went through them, and would strongly recommend them to any foreigner that comes to Germany. There's enough things to rip your hair out about when moving here, and using feather meant that at least health insurance wasn't one for me! Thanks particularly to Gabriel, and also Gönul for the CS! :D

I was most pleased with the clarity with which Gabriel explained the options I had. Wonderful advice
I am new to Germany and thoroughly confused by all the insurance options and all the recommendations online. Gabriel did a fantastic job explaining to me all the intricacies and the pros and cons between public, private and short term health insurance, and he had my best long term interest in mind throughout the call. Although I have not yet decided which option I should go for in the long run, Gabriel gave me enough information to feel very confident that I can choose the best option for myself. Public or Private, I will come back to Feather to get my insurance because of this splendid advice session!

I find feather insurance to be wonderfully simple and easy-to-use. The team is also very responsive and supportive in English via email. I've made a dental claim and a travel medical claim and both were processed and reimbursed within 6 weeks.

As recommended by another webiste, i have choose to apply health insurance with feather. Recently, some problems have existed since I have input my address wrongly.
