I applied for my Barmer health insurance through feather and I had a very good experience. The person who help me out was Mr Gabriel and he made sure to cleared my doubts, helped me out a lot and acquired the insurance for my visa within a few days.

I was most pleased with the clarity with which Gabriel explained the options I had. I had some difficulty being accepted for statutory insurance, and for the first time through the challenges, I felt understood and supported. Wonderful advice
I am new to Germany and thoroughly confused by all the insurance options and all the recommendations online. Gabriel did a fantastic job explaining to me all the intricacies and the pros and cons between public, private and short term health insurance, and he had my best long term interest in mind throughout the call. Although I have not yet decided which option I should go for in the long run, Gabriel gave me enough information to feel very confident that I can choose the best option for myself. Public or Private, I will come back to Feather to get my insurance because of this splendid advice session!

I find feather insurance to be wonderfully simple and easy-to-use. The team is also very responsive and supportive in English via email. I've made a dental claim and a travel medical claim and both were processed and reimbursed within 6 weeks.

As recommended by another webiste, i have choose to apply health insurance with feather. Recently, some problems have existed since I have input my address wrongly. Luckily, helped by Gabriel from Feather, i have finally completed my application successfully. Gabriel has replied to my email quickly and answered my question clearly. Besides, he has further told me what doc can I apply next.

Feather, especially Laura Cajlakovic, was great in processing our Basis Pension Insurance application. Our case ended up being a bit more complicated but Laura was very helpful throughout and I felt she went out of her way to get clarification on our behalf.

After browsing around the internet, we set up an 15 minute interview, explained our weird situation, and more or less same day were explained what options were possible, and what was impossible. Then we go extra support on what to do to move things along.
Interview to insurance, it took 10 days in total. Even got support in my native language. Thank you Gabriel

It was probably a divine intervention to have Dajana help me out. Dajana explained me that their plan worked with German JSV applications from India. She answered all my queries. Apparently my earlier insurance did not work with visa application so i was worried on what to do next.
Apologies for delay in review Dajana. Hopefully 5 star service will be an expectation from Feather so wishing them all the very best !
